Our FAQs

Do you remodel kitchens?
No, we specialize in bathrooms.

How long have you been in the bathroom remodeling business?
We have been doing bathroom work for over 35 years and our showroom has been located at the same address with the same phone number for over 25 years.

Do you do your own work?
Yes, however, if a specialty is required we have associates that are available for that work.

Do you do free estimates?
Yes in our primary work areas which include St. Louis County, parts of Franklin County, parts of St. Charles County and parts of Jefferson County.

What are your payment terms?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover and offer senior discounts as well as discounts for checks/cash.

Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?
Yes, we are in good standing with an A+ rating. We are also rated on Angie’s List.

How long will it take to rebuild my shower?
Normally two days

Will you leave in the middle of my job while waiting for more materials and then come back later?
No. We don’t start the job until all the materials are in. We also work as a team to supply the materials to the job.

What time of day do you start and stop?
We start at our office at 6:30 AM, load supplies and go to the job – depending on the travel time, we try to be at the job between 7:00-8:00 AM.

Do you paint and/or wallpaper?
No, but we can refer people who do.
From the initial meeting to the day we hand your room back to you, our goal is to provide you with the absolute best in personal service.
